to the strict organization of our activity:

We
receive market information in real time
via GL Trade, an on-line financial market
tracking system. This is broadcast to
four workstations within our offices.
This is the same system as the one found
at international trading desks and provides
us with access to all stock, bond, currency
and futures prices, information from
the AFP and Reuters, as well as all
the technical data needed for decision-making.

Every
day we receive up-to-date economic studies
and analyses from several French and
foreign stockbrokers relating to securities
as well as the industrial sectors.

GIFAO
INVESTISSEMENT S.A. also maintains
direct contact with various companies
in order to keep up with their progress
in relation to our investment decisions.

|
We
regularly hold Management Committee
meetings with the members of our Supervisory
Board in order discuss the economic
outlook of the markets.
